For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
Citi Health Card Financing
Our office is also enrolled in the Citi Health Card patient-financing program. You can borrow interest free for up to one year with approval. With Citi Health Card you get payment flexibility so you can start treatment immediately. Just a couple of simple steps to get you on your way to better oral health.
Insurance
We have worked with many patients' insurance plans as well as many insurance carriers over the years. Please call our office to find out which plans we currently accept. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary documentation for your dental benefits and e-file your claims for you. However, we remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.
Your policy may base its allowances on a fixed fee schedule, which may or may not coincide with our usual fees. You should be aware that different insurance companies vary greatly in the types of coverage available. Also, some companies take care of claims promptly while others delay payment for several months.
